Cheerful Beginnings has grown from just myself caring for 4 babies to now having 12 children and 6 full and part-time teachers in addition to myself. I take pride in building an outstanding team that works seamlessly together.  I hire veteran teachers who embody my same values and child-rearing mentality to be our primary teachers for the babies and preschoolers. We train our part-time teachers to support our primary teachers and fill in when needed. They're trained from the ground-up, teaching them all they need to know to embody the Cheerful Beginnings philosophies and spirit.

All of our teachers are background checked, CPR/First Aid certified, up to date on their vaccines, are certified as mandated reporters, and undergo harassment training.
