Cheerful Beginnings has grown from just myself caring for 4 babies to now having 12 children and 6 full and part-time teachers in addition to myself. I take pride in building an outstanding team that works seamlessly together.  I hire veteran teachers who embody my same values and child-rearing mentality to be our primary teachers for the babies and preschoolers. We train our part-time teachers to support our primary teachers and fill in when needed. They're trained from the ground-up, teaching them all they need to know to embody the Cheerful Beginnings philosophies and spirit.

All of our teachers are reference checked, Livescan background checked, Infant and Child CPR and First Aid certified, up to date on their vaccines, are certified as mandated reporters, and undergo harassment training.
